Spring Special!

Spring is just around the corner.  In spite of the towering snowbanks here in Upper Michigan there are definite signs of spring.  The sun is now a daily occurrence, the willow branches are turning bright red and the wildlife of partridge  and fox are seen more frequently! 

 Neil is gathering up all the requests for aerial photos of your home, or cottage in the local counties of;  Houghton, Keweenaw, Baraga, Marquette, Ontonagon, Gogebic, Iron and Dickinson Counties 

You would receive a personal  CD of your property with 12 views plus one 8 1/2" X 11" photo (of our choice) matted to 11" X 14".  With Neil's high resolution camera and his artistic eye, you would be able to zoom in, crop, print or just view until your hearts content. Make up gift cards or Christmas cards of your property, or, we can do it for you, for an additional charge.

These photos would be taken during May 15 through June 15 before the trees fully leaf out and block the views of your  home. You must be able to identify to us, the exact location of your home, so it can be found by air.  A page copied from a Plat Book  or map with you home highlighted work best, but, landmarks, crossroads, lakes and other detailed descriptions will work. If there is any question, we could email you or send you a small photo to be sure we have the right property for positive identification. 

Upon completion you would be billed $150.00 plus $4.95 shipping. Michigan residents include 6% state tax (9.00).
