This DVD is the second in our series featuring Isle Royale. It is dedicated to Holger Johnson Jr., who told many stories of being raised in Chippewa Harbor. He lived there until age sixteen. He had many memories of carrying tourists aboard the Awahneesha  to his father's resort. The boat is shown scuttled in the Harbor on this DVD.  It contains 170 all new images shot in early winter with the ice just forming and snow covering the area. See the blue skies against the cold waters of Lake Superior and snow-covered landscapes of Isle Royale.

This tour begins at Chippewa Harbor, continues northeast  toward Moskey Basin, Rock Harbor and on to Passage Island. It  then heads back southwest along the north shore, past Amygdaloid Island, McCargoe Cove, Todd Harbor and down to Windigo. It loops around the Rock of Ages Lighthouse and back along the south shore to Siskiwit Bay. The tour ends with Menagerie island featuring the Isle Royale Lighthouse. Check out the photo gallery for the names of the sites you have seen. Zoom in and look for wildlife. Print them off for your non-commercial use.
 
The tour showcases four lighthouses and two shipwrecks. Over 30 minutes long.
